Lavender burps is a very common side effect. Or can it be called side effect? Perhaps that is required for this to be effective. So you feel the lavender smell.

Absolutely Love This produkt, take it every morning together with 1 x Nature's Way, Chamomile Flowers and 1 x Now Foods, Rhodiola. No more stress, much more energi, happyness etc Give Nature's Way, Calm Aid, Clinically Proven Lavender time to work. It took a little over 3 weeks, before I could feel an effect of them.

Seems to help

Posted by iHerb Customer on Jun 28, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I've been suffering with anxiety over the last six months and have been drinking various herbal teas to cope with symptoms with varying success. Since taken these I really do feel a difference in terms of being more relaxed without being drozy so they're good to use during the day. The only drawback is slight lavender burping that seems to happen in the first maybe hour or two after taking a softgell. Not really a big deal but I keep mints with me after taking a softgell.
