The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.

Suggested Use

Adults take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Other Ingredients

Soybean oil, gelatin (softgel), glycerin, purified water.

Contains soy and fish (cod, saithe, haddock, and pollock)

Gluten free. No salt, yeast-derived ingredients, wheat, corn, dairy products, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Warnings

Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not use this product. The recommended daily serving contains more than 3,000 mcg of Vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. If taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with printed inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
