Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

My husband had migraines for years - usually several a month. Since using 1 pill a day, he has maybe a migrain a year, for the last six years. I've made the mistake of running out of feverfew - he can always tell - his headaches are back.

Do not use for OCD/Anxiety symptoms even when low on oxygen as shown by white fingernails.

Do not use for OCD/Anxiety symptoms, even if Feverfew is known to improve brain oxygenation. This was depressive even after 1 dose (and continued after two). Stopped immediately and personally fixed it with 0.46 gram of Rhodiola Rosea. Feverfew is known to inhibit serotonin (at selective receptors I think), and while it seems to be helpful for others/some when combined with SRI's, without SRI's, at least for this person, it seems to have quite a depressive effect. So much so my wife noticed it (as did I). Dr. Datis Kharrazian in his book "Why Isn't My Brain Working?" (which I can highly recommended for anyone struggling with health issues even if seemingly not brain related), speaks about this supplement for brain oxygenation, but he also listed a number of others ones, so will try those instead.

Taking as a migraine preventative. Did not notice any change.

I'd heard that feverfew was good for migraine, and it is. However, it's also effective for other sever headache problems and by taking a low dose daily, it acts as a preventive measure. Highly recommended!!
This stuff works

I've been suffering from chronic migraine and i've tried all sorts of drugs, without much success. After one month of taking Feverfew, i noticed dramatic reduction in migraine frequency and even the migraine crisis has become less severe than it was. I highly recommend it to migraine sufferers.
Feverfew for Migraines

Feverfew has been a God send for my 16 year old daughter's chronic daily migraines. With traditional medicine treatments my daughter was unable to function and the prescriptions did not help the migraines. My daughter was just drugged and unable to function with prescriptions. Feverfew on a daily basis has cut down on her migraines dramatically. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone struggling with migraines.
