Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Proteins are made up of amino acids, nine of which are considered “essential” because your body can’t make them on its own. These amino acids must be supplied by the food you eat, yet there are few plant foods that contain them all. Quinoa is an exception – it’s one of the rare, complete plant-based proteins on earth, making it a versatile, nutrient-dense, and delicious addition to any diet.

The quinoa was good. I like the fat that it is mixed and I can try different quinoa in the same pack.

Good product, nothing too special and it's a bit small for me but if you don't eat quinoa too often it's a good buy.
Ok if you can cook!

Like a bird I was attracted to the pretty colours...however if you're not a cordon bleu chef then you had better keep moving on. I careful prepared and cooked these grains however, they taste like cardboard. I guess I have to add tabasco or chilli to camouflage the bland flavour. This is a product best eaten in no hat restaurant where it can be disguised with something strong. Eatable but certainly not delectable. 5/10.
