iHerb Customer Reviews

I think it works somewhat but only in combination with other herbs.

I've read somewhere that astragalus can have telomere aging slow down. I'm in my mid-30s not exactly old but my few gray scalp hair didn't exactly go away with this. But when combined with similar telomere anti-aging acting ingredients as I did, like turmeric(needs black pepper to get strong), rhodiola rosea and holy basil you may notice an energy boost plus a positive attitude. I also use essential oils diffuser with like frankincense and myrrh and a new heart warming essential oil mix I found at a local shop. But nothing works as good if you don't get enough sun exposure plus activity but keep your skin lubricated. Beach walking bare foot at 1-2 hours as often you can with a bright colored head cap, stretching, lymphatic massage, high dose nicotinic acid combined with high activity exercise and then infrared or steam sauna. I also take some B12 complex, some Vit C powder, Magnesium Bisglycinate when I feel a bit run down or near bedtime, Chlorella, Spirulina, good fruits smoothie with ginger and maybe little good cocoa powder if you love it, wheatgrass if I don't get enough fresh salad vegetables, avocado, coconut oil, good organic whey without cattle hormones, brown rice protein. Colloidal silver for wounds and diarrhea plus real brown rice with cinnamon. Avoiding processed oils and generally hydrogenated fat. Organic butter, fermented cod liver oil plus butter, MCT oil. I need to find some clean krill oil as it is far stronger than other even molecularly distilled fish oils. And dry water fasting or ozone water fasting. I want to do guasha skin treatment with alkaline or acidic vodka Dissolvital skin gwashing and maybe oral and colon hydrotherapy with this special dissolvital diy solution.

Blood presses dips really rapidly on first use

It gave me a scare when I used it and immediately I have a vertigo spell which ends me up on the floor. Take only when you are at home, not rushing to anywhere else and not in conjunction with other supplement.

Good quality extract

Quality of this extract is good. However, I am going back to astragalus bulk powder, which I believe to be the most cost-efficient form.
