Product Overview

  • The Best Ingredients In a Capsule Form
  • Helps Reduce Severity / Frequency of minor headaches in 20-30 minutes.
  • Dietary Supplement
  • Bell Catalogue #15

The Bell Minor Headache Relief formulation is composed of five herbal extracts (juniper, goldenrod, dandelion, meadowsweet, and willow bark) balanced for ideal synergistic action and then conjugated to naturally-occurring fruit extracts. When consumed, the fruit extract component of the herbal-sugar complex acts as a "shield" for the herbal component. The whole complex quickly passes through the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream, where it separates and the herbal component is released with all of its potency intact.

The herbal extracts in Bell Minor Headache Relief have been used for many thousands of years in cultures around the world and contain compounds that have been determined to fight different aspects of these uncomfortable sensations. The Bell Minor Headache Relief formula includes a balanced ratio of the herbs Juniper, Willow bark, Goldenrod, Dandelion, and Meadowsweet.

Good product

Have found this helpful used as a daily product (took 2 twice a day for a couple of months, then two in the morning daily, ongoing). Have daily migraines (used to be moderate to severe everyday - hell on earth), but the intensity has decreased over time (now daily, but mild most days, moderate 2-3 days per week) with this and other migraine headache products (feverfew/butterbur combo, sam-e, 5htp, dopabean, magnesium, taurine, Natrol Memory Complex for the vinpocetine, huperzine A and ginkgo biloba, CoQ10 - all taken daily). Acutely, I have found migra profen, migrastick and headache busters helpful. Wish I could say I'd found a helpful homeopathic formulation (in addition to the headache busters), but I haven't, and I've tried them all. Oh, by the way, this product is very similar to Migra Zen, but twice the price point. I know this is a long list of products, but desperation was a major motivator (had to get out from under topamax and morphine - yep one of the lucky 5% of migrainuers that had it bad enough to be on continuous opiate therapy, which by the way actually adds to the problem - increases intensity and frequency of migraines while serving as a crutch). Hope this helps someone else out there - you at least have a list of supplements specific for migraines to work from (I'm a naturopathic doc).

Didn't help me

Posted by Reviewer2456357 on Jul 11, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I wish it had helped. I will try just about anything. I am a long time sufferer of migraines. It may help with lesser pain but it didn't help me at all. I hope it helps others. Never give up trying. You never know what will work and what won't. But you won't know unless you try.

Have had chronic headaches since childhood. Tried from 2 -8 capsules with zero relief. Totally ineffective for me!
