Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

I throw flax in everything; bread, oatmeal, nice cream (ice cream w/out animal products), and anything I need to thicken (stir fries for example). Highly recommend.
Bob's is always a good choice in my book!

I use this to thicken my shakes as well as for the fiber and omega 3 vitamins. I have tried it as an egg substitute when I ran out of eggs one day and I was baking, it works so if your vegan I recommend it. I love this brand on a whole and it's a must in my pantry.
What the label says

Not sure how much I can say about it. Good quality. Japan won't let me import and Bob's Red Mill organic products anymore, but this is a good substitute for their organic ground flaxseed. A spoonful on oatmeal in the morning keeps your cholesterol down and you regular. My husband finally started using it when he had cancer - the chemo made him awfully constipated. A little of this goes a long way!
