ok, but not near as good as the ones my mom made when we were kids. Also, three risings were required. That's a little more time than I am willing to give.

Great Bread Mix

Posted by Reviewer3350852 on Oct 26, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I've been making this type of bread about a year now. It is my first preference. Bakes up very well in my breadmaker. I make about one loaf a week. Very soft, tasty bread, makes excellent toast and sandwich bread. I use the heels for garlic bread. All around good bread.

Best Bread Mix

Posted by Reviewer2657828 on Aug 24, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I have used several brands of bread mixes and can say without question that Bob's Red Mill is the best of the lot. iHerb also has the best prices with extremely reasonable shipping costs.
