Dear Customer...
Our premium gluten free oats start as pedigreed seed planted in oats-only fields. At harvest, R5 ELISA testing verifies their purity. Our dedicated gluten free facility and additional R5 ELISA testing ensure their integrity.*

These aren't ordinary oats...

Our Gluten Free Rolled Oats are pure. They are grown by over 200 farmers on clean, dedicated oat-growing fields. They plant only "pedigreed" seed stock. Each farm delivery is sampled hundreds of times and tested with an R5 ELISA gluten test to ensure the absence of gluten. Advanced color-sorting removes undetected impurities.

Roasting enhances that wholesome, robust flavor you expect from Bob's Red Mill. The oats are packaged in our new, 100% gluten free facility and tested once more for gluten to ensure their purity.

*Please be advised that a small percentage of people with celiac disease may not tolerate even the purest of oats. If you are unsure whether oats are suitable for your diet, please check first with your health advisor before eating them.

Suggested Use

Basic Cooking Instructions:

It's so simple. Bring 2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats, reduce heat and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on the consistency you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Makes 2 servings.

In the Microwave: Say you're in a hurry. Combine 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for two minutes. Enjoy. Makes one serving.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with milk, cream, or a pat of butter.
  • Add brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Add fresh or dried fruit, raisins, nuts, and/or cinnamon.

My go-to oats

Posted by Dstonefield on Sep 17, 2017 | Verified Purchase

These are a staple for me as I find it hard to get to Costco here and use a lot of oats in my baking and for my meals. Bob's Red Mill are my favorite - have tried many different kinds and also like their other products but for baking these are my favorite.

Thanks for your feedback!

Makes good cookies

Posted by iHerb Customer on Sep 12, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I tried Bob's Red Mill quick cooking gluten-free oats and they really upset my stomach. Decided to try the regular gluten-free and they are fine. I use them to make chocolate chip cookies with just butter, peanut butter, oats, one egg, vanilla, baking soda and walnuts. Easy peasy and delicous.

Thanks for your feedback!
