Founder Ashley Phelps discovered at an early age that she had food sensitivities.
Ashley's mom was a nutritionist, so she grew up aware of what was in her food and paid close attention to her diet and how it affected her health. With a rather substantial sweet tooth, finding wholesome dessert options has been a life-long mission for Ashley. With a background in the arts, Ashley enjoys developing products that create naturally colorful, health-minded desserts.
