Only 2 caps per day.

I'm sticking to this brand for brain health. Only 2 veg caps per day =150 mg., whereas the other brands are 3 daily= 144 mg

This is a very goos product with goos ingredients. However, the cellulose contains in it is not a good option if you have thyroid problems.

Interesting product for those of us with a calcified aortic valve

Posted by iHerb Customer on June 19 2017 | Verified Purchase

Some literature suggests that using K2 along with D3 and a little magnesium can reduce calcification of the aortic valve. My aortic valve was narrowing (due to calcification) to the point that surgery was becoming a possibility. I took 180 mcg daily along with about 1200 IU of D3 and magnesium through antacids for about two years. The valve opening very gradually improved significantly as shown on an Echocardiogram of the aortic valve. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the valve opening stays improved. Some literature is hypothesizing that K2 might help prevent dementia as we get older. Could we be so lucky. More research is needed on the value of K2.
