1. Unscrew cap & remove wand.
2. Smile wide & dry teeth thoroughly, keeping lips away from teeth.
3. Apply gel to teeth in circular motion. Do not apply gel to gums or lips.
4. Keep smiling and avoid lips from contacting teeth roughly for 1 minute
5. No need to rinse- gel will dissolve naturally. Avoid eating or drinking for 1 hour.
6. Use Coconut Oil Whitening Gel up to twice a day, as often as needed.

Pro Tip: For best results, brush your teeth prior to whitening with some Dr. Ginger's Coconut Oil Toothpaste.
