Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

- Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
- After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
- Immediately after towel drying

|Zinc Oxide (20%)||Sunscreen|
Inactive Ingredients: Aloe barbadensis leaf, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, lecithin, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate, glycerin, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, camellia sinensis leaf extract, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, gluconolactone, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, punica granatum, fruit extract, tocopherol, rubus idaeus (raspberry) seed oil, astaxanthin, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil.
This is my favorite sunscreen and I have tried a bunch (thinkbaby, trukids, aubrey organics, badger, etc.). It has a great consistency and goes on smoothly. It smells great, kind of like coconut mint. It does leave you skin a lighter tone, but all natural sunscreens do. It's not as bad as others. It works. I've been in full sun for 3-4 hours and no sun burn. It's safe. It has the same exact ingredients as Tropical Sands which is rated as a 1 on the EWG website. Also, it's cheap! At least compared to other natural sunscreens which can be $3-$6 per ounce. This stuff is under $2 and ounce!

OK, but not great

I don't find it as a water resistant. If you apply, and after 10min go swimming, it will visibly rise off (you can see all white is going off of you). Other remark is that it leaves too much of white traces. I know that is with all mineral sunscreens, so maybe that should not be mentioned as a remark. However, i prefer to have this healthy product over others that maybe don't have this issues, but are unsafe.
Safe product but not that practical

I love the fact that the product is all natural. However spreading the sunscreen is a mission to say the least! I need to mix it with some moisturiser to spread it on my skin and even then my skin gets bit dry and has white patches on it. I wish they added some moisturising agent to it so that it was easy to spread. Price is moderately high but not too high.

I really like all of Dr. Mercola's products, including this one.
The Only One

Before using this product, if I stayed out in the sun longer than 1 hour, I would find small red clusters of bumps (like a rash) forming on my arms.. After a friend showed me Dr. Mercola's Health Skin Sun Screen, my problem was improved almost 100%. I believe because it is all natural and has no harsh chemicals, my sensitive skin does not react to it and therefore it provides the sun protection I need without alternate problems... Love this stuff!!
Good Quality for a Good Price

I was really happy with this product and would buy again. It worked great when we remembered to re-apply about every 2 hours on my very fair skin children. It does leave a slight white residue but I know that is due the natural ingredients. I feel like it is a more natural option without being overly expensive. I have tried others that cost more and come in a smaller bottles and I like this better. I like to have a clean, natural sunscreen but I also don't like pay $4-5 per ounce. This was a good compromise on price and quality. A little goes a long ways for coverage. Application is pretty easy but a messy as it does take quite some rubbing to apply. Its not too greasy.
