Taste that makes the difference

You can feel good about the superior flavor of Frontier seasonings. We source our spices from growers committed to quality, sustainability and ethical trade.

Suggested Use

The rich, spicy-hot flavor of ginger is an essential ingredient in traditional favorites like gingerbread and gingersnaps, as well as many Oriental recipes. Use it to make fish or tofu marinades, or dipping sauces for egg rolls.

Not my choice

Posted by iHerb Customer on May 24, 2014 | Verified Purchase

I received the jar with a broken seal, the cap was ok. Still I had some with tea and plain hot water and concluded the taste is not my liking. I need to put more than a tablespoon to get the spicy and gingery, plus the powder did not dissolve completely, it left a residue in the cup. I been looking for a substitute for fresh ginger as I like strong ginger milk tea a lot.

Stir it into soup, tea whatever. Good taste no bad after taste.
