Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Chaste tree berries are often used as a female tonic. They benefit both the body and the mind through their balancing and normalizing properties, and they're often used for support during change-of-life periods.
Chaste tree berries are the fully ripe, dark red fruits harvested in the fall.
To make a tea, pour a cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of chaste tree berries and let steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain.
Chaste's benefits are normalizing and balancing. Chaste tree berries are primarily a tonic for the female reproductive system; they're often used for monthly discomforts and through change-of-life periods.
Studied for its various actions for over 50 years, chaste is especially popular in Germany, where many herbal preparations using chaste tree are available.
Constituents of Note: The most important compounds in chaste tree berries are the iridoid glycosides, aucbin and agnoside, and flavonoids, including casticin, to which extracts are often standardized. Chaste tree berries also contain an essential oil (0.5 to 2%) and around 5% fatty acids, primarily alpha-linolenic acid.
Not to be used during pregnancy. May counteract the effects of birth control pills.

Worked for me!!

Mid-forties, female, with perimenopause issues. Last cycle before taking this was 18 very uncomfortable days (...). Took it for a couple of weeks (1/4 to 1/2 tsp in my morning smoothie), and next one was 6 days, almost no pain :) Only other change was drinking raspberry tea a few times. Must say, tastes disgusting, but don't care! Only real issue is that it caused some insomnia after a couple of weeks, so stopped. Will take it as needed if and when my cycles get worse again.
The dark horse...:)

It hasn't been long enough, so I don't know if it helps. I had it before in pills ( different manufacturer ) and they really made my periode regular after 26 years of getting it at 35-43 days if at all. But I don't think the information is correct - to make a tea of it. It is such a fine powder, finer than cocoa powder, there is no way you can soak it, goes through every kind of filter. Plus, as it is a herb, I don't think it's very clever to kill its agents with the hot water. But noone was able to give me correct information on how to use it, I even wrote to Frontier Products help desk but they had no idea and didn't want to help either. So, I think you should eat it mixed into yoghurts, tea wit honey etc. The emphasis is on the HONEY as the powder is intensely bitter and irritates your throat. It's not unbearable though. Oh and it doesn't dissolve in cold drinks, don't even bother...

At this time, I haven't seen a change in the mare but the product needs more time as it has with horses belonging to my friends where it has made a great deal of difference. I will update as soon as I see a difference.
