I have been using this product for 8 years and just love it. I find it has an earthy, almost sweet flavor (not like sugar, but in a different way) that works really well in smoothies, which is how I use it most of the time. I like it because it doesn't cause tummy upset, it really helps with IBS which I have always had, and it's a gentle way that's much better for your body than wheat bran which can really upset the GI tract. I have also used Garden of Life for over a decade now and love their products. This is one of their best that's free of sugar, gluten, and it's also low in fat so it won't just sit in your stomach and prolong digestion. It's not harsh but gentle, and I find it really helps keep things moving when nothing else (not even flax, veggies, or oat bran) will which I eat regularly. I eat a plant-based, organic, and very natural, healthy diet without any added sugar or oil, and yet, because of IBS I still have trouble. Not with this stuff, it works great! I've been using it for almost a decade now almost every single day, and if I skip a dose for whatever reason, I'm always sorry. I don't suggest taking it by itself, it's a fiber powder--not gummies. Again, I like to use it in my daily smoothie where the texture and flavor don't come through. Or, mix it into something like oatmeal and eat it at dinner. It's really unique, you won't be sorry. I like the taste, even if it is mixed with water. The texture could be strange at first, but you'll get used to it. It helps digestion and gives you additional fiber. Great supplement if you have a day where you don't get enough fruits et veggies.

This blend tastes okay and is easy to drink. I use it to help get my fiber in and help with digestion. I really like this product and always keep it in stock. I blend it with only 1/2c water and follow it with more.
