iHerb Customer Reviews

Tiny bits (and I mean a lot) of the powder detergent do not dissolved and stay on the laundry. I washed with 60degree celcius temperature. I even had to do the laundry twice! Btw I stay in hot humid country. Terrible product!

Pods don't dissolve

Posted by iHerb Customer on Oct 09, 2017 | Verified Purchase

Not happy with these detergent pods as they don't dissolve completely in the wash, hence I don't believe they can be doing the job they're designed for.

One of the best detergents I have ever used!

I like the way it works and it has no fragrance smell at all. I bought it for my mom and she liked it as well. Actually, she was impressed with the result.

good product

My only negative comment is make sure most of it is dissolved in the water before you put in your clothes. I have found a few hard rocks of undissolved pods in my clothes from time to time. I just tray to be a little patient and make sure it dissolves first!

Tough to Dissolve in Cold Water

Posted by naturallabeauty on Aug 18, 2016 | Verified Purchase

Works great overall, but does need a little extra TLC in cold water loads. As long as you run some water over the pod in the washer (to break it up/partially dissolve) before adding any clothes, it's great, but if you skip that step, the tab often doesn't dissolve fully and leaves white specks of undissolved detergent on clothes. I haven't had any problems in hot water loads.
