    Product Overview

    Description

    • Ridiculously Strong
    • Made with EcoPure
    • Made from 40% Recycled Plastic

Did you know that normal plastic bags never biodegrade?

Well, at least not for a thousand years or so. That's why we invented Green Genius bags. We figured it was time for a biodegradable plastic trash bag. Our 3-ply bags are just as strong as regular plastic bags, are made from 40% recycled plastic, and unlike their more stubborn cousins, Green Genius bags biodegrade under landfill conditions.* Hmm, so let's see. Green Genius? Or plastic bags that take eons to go away? Hey, it's your call.

*Proven to biodegrade using ASTM D5511
In case it slipped your mind, ASTM D5511 is the industry standard for determining biodegradability of plastic in an anaerobic waste disposal environment (like a landfill). Based on third-party testing, this product is expected to biodegrade within 1 to 10 years-as apposed to most plastic bags, which are believed to biodegrade in about 1,000 years, if ever.

UL | Environment - Environmental Claims Validated
Product is biodegradable under anaerobic landfill conditions, typically within 1 to 10 years

    Warnings

Due to recycled content, color of bag may vary.

To avoid danger of suffocation, keep all plastic bags away from babies and children.
Do not use plastic bags in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens.
