Foot Soaks: Add 2 ounces of Magnesium Oil to a basin, then add warm water to cover the tops of the toes. Soak feet 15-30 minutes. For best results, repeat 6 days a week for one month then 2-3 times per week for maintenance. When adding to a full bath, use 4 ounces.
Topical Application: Apply full strength to skin, especially the bottom of the feet. For sensitive skin, dilute with water. Let air dry for best results. Once dry the Magnesium is fully absorbed. Rinse the area and towel dry.
