7 years ago, I got a bad case of Mononucleosis that left me with CFS and a barely-functioning immune system. For six years I've been sick two weeks out of every month (!). I don't doubt the effectiveness of Epicor on the immune system for most people but I had a very upset gut from it . I took it for 18 days during which time it affected my bowel and it took several days to come right after I discontinued taking it. Always difficult to know how a supplement will affect you .
