Works well for me to eliminate spurs of soy and gluten

With a thyroid problem, soy is not recommended. I love soy milk in my coffee as a replacment for cow milk, and I take one of these with it. Also when I eat outdoors and not sure if the meal is completely gluten free.

EXCELENT STUFF!

I have protein-intolerance. I miss the enzyme for breaking down gluten\casein in stumage, so the peptides goes into the bloodstream, and reaches the brain reacting like opiods. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gluten-free,_casein-free_diet ,, http://www.greatplainslaboratory.com/home/eng/peptide.asp) That causes low concentration, hyperactivity and bad mood if I eat gluten\casein. I even react if I eat traces, which I have to because of my offshore work at an oilrig. With this traces of gluten\casein it's no problem. Havent tested with direct gluten and casein, will do later, but its a hell of a blues if it doesnt work, so I have to man up in front of the testing. PS: Kids with autism that follows GFCF diet, which has the same opiod problem just with another symptom than me, can skip the GFCF diet with afp-peptizyde enzymes I've read.
