Once the small grains dissolve, the coconut oil is fine.

Cold pressed good expeller pressed not

Posted by AngeloNacucchi on May 07, 2017 | Verified Purchase

we always ordered this coconut oil cold pressed. that is good always look for cold pressed if you are looking for the good and nice taste of the coconut.but be sure when you ordered that you are not getting the expeller pressed. this doesn't tastes good but if you will just use it for cooking it will be ok. Because us we use it for our body as a moisturizer and a tsp a day. So expeller pressed is not good for that.
