Saccharomyces Boulardii+MOS is a probiotic yeast strain that survives passage through stomach acid and delivers its benefits to the intestinal tract. This strain helps protect and maintain a normal intestinal microflora. It also works to restore the normal intestinal microflora when possible disruptions may occur, such as, during the intake of certain medications and during travel. MOS (MannanOligoSaccharides) is an oligosaccharide from the cell walls of S. cerevisiae that can discourage bacteria from adhering to the epithelial cells and reduce their proliferation.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule 1 or 2 times per day with water. Or take as directed by your qualified health care professional. May be taken with food or on an empty stomach. For immune compromised individuals and children, please consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.

Other Ingredients

Calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and vitamin C. Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.


Saccharomyces Boulardii+MOS does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature. Refrigeration will, however, extend the shelf life. Avoid temperatures above 77°F (25°C).

Helped My Infant Son & Has Potential to Help Autistic Children

When my first son was not even 1 year old, he had already 2 rounds of antibiotics. First time was when he was born & second was given by his pedia for a sore throat. Both times I was worried about his body & the effects that the antibiotics had on him & I knew I needed something to help balance the flora in his body. Prior to giving this to him, he started to show signs of autism (from being an active, smiling little boy to not wanting to look you in the eye - from trying to talk to not really saying anything). After searching & reading, I found that there is a connection between the gut & the brain. That some bacteria can take over & harm the ability of the brain to do what it needs to do. I settled on this along with some other probiotics to help reestablish the good bacteria in his stomach. Starting with 1 capsule a day, I opened it & poured it into some grape juice for him to drink for 2 weeks straight. Then I stopped for 1 week before returning for 1 week more. Within about a month my son showed an improvement (not to say that his feces were awful which showed a sign of bad bacteria die off - black & evil smell but after 1 month it went away showing that we had rid him of whatever had taken over). Family & friends commented on the change they saw in him (making eye contact again & started to attempt to talk) & I'm thankful I used this because it's "pro" & some are looking into how some "antibiotics" can help autistic children. My suggestion is to use helpful bacteria & other things to help the body fight whatever shouldn't be there, not killing everything with bad medicine (think of it as war - if you can send in the right army to take over & wipe out the enemy while leaving everything intact, then you win but if you destroy everything, then you are left with ruins to rebuild which can take time). From time to time when I think he is having issue, I given him a capsule in juice for a week to two weeks. Just don't let the juice with this to sit out for too long as it starts to ferment the drink & some don't like the taste after (I usually end up drinking it & find it acceptable). Best to give immediately or put it in the fridge for up to 2 hours to help slow the fermentation. I'm curious to try this in bread & I've read some use it like other S. yeast. If anyone has been on any antibiotics, I highly suggest this to help kill off the bad bacteria & help reestablish the good bacteria before too much damage is done! Just beware of the smell for up to 1 month... :)
