One heaping tablespoon a day provides 10 grams of Life Extension Lecithin. Other anti-oxidant nutrients should be taken at the same time as Life Extension Lecithin. It can be consumed alone, sprinkled on cereal, or mixed in fruit juices, sauces, gravies, soups or salad dressings.
