Take 1 serving daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Madre-C can be mixed with purified water, your favorite 100% pure fruit juice or your daily smoothie. Madre-C can be taken with or without food & may be minimally sweetened if desired. For best results, use a shaker cup.
