Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Yummy almond butter!

I'm fine with the product that separates and you have to stir it. This one is dry and has a disappointing taste.
Super smooth, great taste

This is hands down my favorite unflavored almond butter. Some other companies advertise their nut butter as no-stir and then you get it and the oil has separated and you have to work to get it back into the rest of the nut butter, right? Well, not this one. It's always super creamy and blended and ready-to-go out of the jar. A great pantry staple.
Read the label!

This is really no stir. Creamy out of the jar. But I noticed something was wrong when I tasted it. It tasted like the oil was either slightly off, or not almond derived. It tasted sweet in a way that almond butter usually doesn't taste. It tasted like it has some sort of processed sugar. I didn't think to check the label. It has to be 100% almond, right? I mean, every almond butter I ever had only had almonds. No additives. Since I was complaining so much, my husband picked up the jar and studied it. This not only has sugar, but palm oil as well. Why ruin almonds with extra sugar and oil? I was greedy - I wanted "no stir". I was arrogant - I assumed all almond butters were pure. I was lazy - I should have checked the label before putting it in my cart. Never buying this again.
Best Almond Butter

Even though it contains some sugar, this is the creamiest and least-chalky almond butter I have found on the market. I enjoy it on a spoon but also in oatmeal and in homemade almond butter cookies.
Disappointed it contains sugar and palm oil

My fault for not reading the ingredients properly but I was fooled by the 'All Natural' on the label. There's better tasting and more natural almond butters for sale through IHerb. Will be throwing this out so for me, a complete waste of money.
