I use this product for 1 month 3 times a day, and found no difference. Very expensive not to work. Will not buy again.

Great Formula

I bought it to take as an alternative to taking antibiotics for a bronchial and sinus infection. I can't say if it helped in my recovery or if nature just took it's course. I will still use until the body is empty.

Good Alternative to Cough Medicine

Posted by iHerb Customer on Jan 15, 2017 | Verified Purchase

We've been doing a wellness overhaul, being in our 60s, and the first thing to develop was heavy mucus in the bronchial tubes. There's also been a bronchitis increase this year in our area, so the body chose that as a way to get rid of the toxins. At first, we took an OTC cold medicine for the stuffed nose at night. After that resolved, we had a cough with either a dry coughing, or a lot of mucus. Over time, the dry coughing strained the diaphragm and abdominal muscles, and was getting too uncomfortable. We're doing a slow, pulsed detox and the body is keeping up, but the extra coughing was an issue. This lung support is superb at helping maintain the strength in the respiratory system, but a word of caution: It does act as a cough suppressant to a fair degree. Since our purpose is to cough out the mucus, we had to be judicious as to when we would take this. We mostly take it if the muscles in the abdomen are just so tired we can't sleep well. Otherwise, we leave it out. It mostly depends on how much mucus we're developing in the lower respiratory system. Later, when we're a lot healthier (smokers), we'll add this back in periodically.
