Chia seeds are truly a superfood. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount for the price. The quality is superb, smelled nice and earthy. Love to use these to make walnut milk pudding.

This is the second time I bought this item. But this time the plastic bag was torn upon receipt. I contacted iHerb immediately and customer service promptly replied the refund was being processed. I did received refund the next day. Good service.
