makes me breakout

Posted by 5297122525226779968 on May 23, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I bought this hoping it would help my skin (mostly clear but needing a little more help), but I feel like every time I use it I get several new pimples the next day. Which is weird because it seems to help everyone else have better skin. Too bad...

Excellent source of Vitamin A. Easy to swallow softgels . . The natural Cod Liver Oil used in this softgel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCB's, dioxins, and other contaminants). . . . Cod is a fish and fish may contain a lot of those contaminants. . . . Click YES if I was of any benefit!

I have found these cod liver pills to be very effective. I even use them on my face as a moisturizer. The fish smell goes away very quickly.

Good but not a substitute (if you need fish oil)

Posted by Izadzi on Apr 20, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I have been taking NOW super EPA and vitamin D3 for quite sometime now, and they do wonders for my achy finger joints. I bought this product because I with its profile I thought I can use it as substitute, furthermore I can also get the benefit of vitamin A. Even with 2 softgel a day, it does not give me the same good feelings as when I take super EPA and D3. Doesn't make it a bad product because my kids now using it say they like it, less tiring after lectures.
