Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

NOW CoQ10 is Pharmaceutical (USP) Grade. NOW uses only the natural, all-trans form of CoQ10 produced by fermentation.
NOW CoQ10 Pure Powder contains zero fillers or excipients, is lower cost, and suitable for custom potencies. 1 oz. of pure CoQ10 powder is equivalent to 280 capsules of 100 mg each, or 560 capsules of 50 mg each.
Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound also called ubiquinone. It is an essential component of cells and is necessary for mitochondrial energy production. Years of research has shown that CoQ10 supports healthy cardiovascular and immune system functions in addition to its vital role in energy production.

My father has Parkinsons and buys coQ10 in powdered form through his holistic-oriented doctor for about four times iherb's price. This works really well as a natural ADD aid, and there's no comparison between taking it in this pure form and in capsule form. I take it with Flax seed oil first thing in the morning before taking any other supplements or eating breakfast, allow the oil to help the coQ10 to absorb optimally and then take my other supplements about a half hour later. You can literally feel this working if you take it in sufficient quantity (which some doctors recommend as 300 mg for ADD, whereas the label on this product recommends 50 mg).

This is extremely difficult to use. Upon opening the bottle orange powder went all over the table as CoQ10 is not very heavy and sticks to the safety seal. The powder gets stuck in the scooper as it holds so little it can't fall out easily. Stirring it in water won't help as CoQ10 only dissolves in fat. 25 mg per scoop was too low of a dose and so I just used a teaspoon (I'm guessing that's 300-400 mg?) and mixed into a cup about 1/8 full of olive oil and then added half and half to sort of dilute the mixture. At least that covered needing to take CoQ10 with fat for better absorption and CoQ10 has minimal taste. Without taking CoQ10 I notice some reduction in energy.
