Niacin (Vitamin B-3) is an essential B-Complex vitamin. Flush-Free Niacin contains Inositol Hexanicotinate, a for of Niacin that consists of six molecules of niacin linked to a single inositol molecule. It is slowly broken down in the body to yield free niacin and inositol. The gradual release of Niacin allows for true Niacin activity without the characteristic niacin flush that many people cannot tolerate.

Suggested Use

Take 2 capsules daily as needed, with food.

Other Ingredients

Rice flour, cellulose (capsule), cellulose powder, stearic acid (vegetable source), guar gum, silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Inositol Hexanicotinate is a stable, non-flushing source of Niacin. This superior source of Niacin works to reduce the common "niacin-flush" problems associated with high doses of Niacin supplements.

Warnings

Caution: For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition (liver problems, stomach ulcers, diabetes, gout, etc.). Keep out of reach of children.

As promised: no flush.

Have been eating Niacin and had some serious flush issues. My upper body flared red and I felt I was about to suffocate. Yeah, it was awful, I thought I might die. I drank lots of water (like 1,5 liter) and tried to remain calm. Soon after this, my condition eased and felt I could breath again. So I would recommend to avoid any other Niacin but this, even thou I am aware, that it has been debated that Niacin products that produce no flush-effect are somewhat useless. I find this seems to be safe to consume, still waiting to see how it really works in my body (Just recently bought this). Also, before buying it, be sure to learn, whether you're in need of this B3-vitamin.
