The good oil

Posted by iHerb Customer on Mar 16, 2017 | Verified Purchase

This oil meets my expectations. Good packaging and the oil is high quality without being too strong in flavour. Great to include in dressings, drizzle over foods and I know I am getting the health benefits every time I use it.

My favorite

I bought this again and again. For salad, it is so good roasted flavor!

too much ground flax seed

Posted by iHerb Customer on Dec 12, 2016 | Verified Purchase

Flax oil tastes pretty nasty to begin with so I'm not complaining about the taste, but I will complain about the excess of ground flax seed in the oil. The ingredients list it as "flax particulate matter' (lignans), well other brands of flax have lignans but don't have all of the ground flax seeds. I'll stick with Barleans flax oil.
