Oregano, also known as Wild Marjoram, grows on hillsides and in dry woodlands and has a spicy, aromatic scent.

Oregano is an ancient culinary herb whose name means "joy-of-the-mountain". It was well known and used by herbalists/physicians in ancient Egypt. In Aristotle's day, Greek herbalists used oregano for medical purposes and as an antidote. Oregano has been widely used in Europe as a spice in food and treasured for its value as an herbal supplement. These softgels offer the quality and potency of oregano in a convenient softgel form.

Didn't help me at all

This product did nothing for me, I was using it as part of a candida protocol. NOW is still a great brand, but this one wasn't for me.

Used for ring worm - it worked :)

Posted by 4963480733413953944 on Mar 22, 2017 | Verified Purchase

After three bottles I have finally got rid of ringworm. I had it for over 10 years. Doctors $$$ and specialist $$$$$$ all gave me different diagnoses from Psoriasis to Acne. After much online reading i figured it was ringworm. I spent money on so many special shampoos $$, creams and steroidal lotions which are very bad and should only be used once but doctors keep on prescribing. I recommend this brand as I have found it affordable and strong (my impression is it is a high quality extraction, I have used this brand in other oils - some good, some weak and would not purchase again.) I pierced each soft gel to extract the oil and rub is on my scalp. It can burn the skin and others recommend to mix it with a cream, coconut or other base however i used it straight and put up with the sting which lasted a few minutes. It dried out the skin and this would fall of like sunburn skin in a day or two and eventually no more ring worm.
