I have used this Quercetin for a few times. I found that my Cholestro dropped without doing any exercise in my last report. I recommend it to any one who has high cholestro but do not want to do too much exercise. Btw, I have alos taken other like Apple pertin and Grape seed and ALA.

Allergy Induced ETD

One sure way of keeping the allergies at bay. Combined this with L-Glutamine seals your gut and work it back to health. I have spend thousands searching for a solution and this simple combination made it happen. No more steriods as prescribe by the official drug pushers :).

Help against allergy

Posted by iHerb Customer on Jul 16, 2017 | Verified Purchase

Actually I use quercetin (exactly this product from Now Foods) since years to handle my allergy. I have an allergy to ragweed pollen, which caused in the past very serious problem from August till end of September. In my worst period I had to ask from my doctor steroid injection to let me sleep, because I couldn't breath at all that time because of the symptoms. Later I read somewhere, that quercetin may help to reduce the symptoms of an allergy reaction, so I tried it. If I remember well it must be "loaded" to get the proper effect, so I used to start this "loading period" in May and I continuously take it till October. In the last 4-5 years I don't take any medication against allergy (only this quercetin) and although I get the allergy symptoms (at my eyes and nose) in the pollen season but those are not so heavy, so I can live with those very well.
