Many benefits

Rutin has more benefits than I even thought about. The best of all it helps keep blood vessels and capillaries healthy and flexible.. Can help lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol. This is also found in citrus fruit and apple peels.

works great

I take it to remove iron from my body, because I have hemochromatosis. I haven't had to have a phlebotomy in two months! But remember that it also removes calcium and other minerals, so be sure to take it on an empty stomach. Good to lower blood pressure too.

Rutin was recommended to me to use to reduce the occurrences of hemorrhoids and has certainly worked well in my case. The swelling and pain was reduced in a fer days and there has been only a rare and brief relapse
