This Messes With My Hormonal Balance

Posted by 4642083924518251358 on Jan 28, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I react very badly to safflower oil, and also react to flax oil, and to a lesser degree to sesame seed oil. Though the ingredients of NOW Tri-3D Omega does not list any of these oils, I have reacted to this badly every time I have had even just one capsule. There were three or four days I took this in a row, and ended up feeling very low and depressed, which is one of the symptoms I get with safflower or flax oil. After reading the ingredient list again, seeing it did not have any of the oils that disturb my hormonal balance, I left a few days gap, and started these capsules again, and bingo, my symptoms returned in a flash. I hung on to these in my fridge, and then one day last week I took one of these and the symptoms were back again. So there are no coincidences. It should work for everyone else I assume. As all the oils that I react to are actually healthy oils. My only concern is that the ingredient list might not be 100% correct, as I never react to omega 3 from fish oils, or anything that they have listed in the ingredients.
