Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.
Care: Prior to first use, sanitize by boiling in water for 5 minutes. For day to day cleaning, wash with hot water and mild detergent then rinse clean. Dishwasher-safe (top rack). For hygiene and safety, replace nipples after about 2 months of use.
Use: The vent of the nipple should be under baby's nose, feeding hole(s) will be facing upwards.
To prevent possible choking hazard, test strength before each use by pulling the nipple in all directions. Any tear can lead to the separation of pieces. Discontinue use if any tear or crack appears. Do not attempt to enlarge the hole as this may lead to tearing. Prolonged periods of time drinking liquids, other than water, may cause tooth decay.
