Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 2-3 times. Children (12 years of age and older), depress pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use. Use only as directed.

Do not put into eyes, mouth, or ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician. Do not share dispenser. Keep out of reach of children.
