Customarily preserves are made with more sugar than fruit. This is not the case with Chantaine French Preserves, they have much more fruit. Only special premium fruit is selected - Apricots from the Perpignan region of France, Strawberries from the Loire valley - carefully selected fruit of the French countryside.
