Suggested Use

It's easy to make Chia Goodness! No cooking Required!

  1. Measure 2 tablespoons of Chia Goodness into your bowl.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) hot or cold water or your choice of milk. Stir well.
  3. Wait 3-5 minutes, or until it thickens.

Tips: Time varies with temperature and type of liquid used. Add fresh fruit if desired.

Chia (salvia hispanica), buckwheat, hemp, organic cocoa, raw organic cocoa nibs, dates, almonds, organic evaporated cane juice, celtic sea salt.

I tried adding this to milk and I gagged, I didn't like the taste of the raw cocoa. It was really bitter. But it worked better when I layered this with yoghurt when preparing overnight oats, I liked the crunch.
