I can see an improved difference in my hair and skin when using this product. This product doesn't have you burping fish oil.

Wonderful product, the high levels of omega3 oil has help calmed my Crohn's flare up and also made my skin feel soft and silky, double bonus. Product arrived promptly and in good condition, despite living in the UK.

Very good stuff. I miss it when order is not on time by my error in ordering. Feel better; best way to describe it. More get up and go rather than get up and went. Excellent product. Go ahead and try it.

Thanks for your feedback!

I have had very high cholesterol for a very long time but have refused going on statin drugs because of the side effects. I have enough muscle pains without statins. So, I've tried red yeast rice and triple strength fish oils - but red yeast rice can also give you muscle pains. Then, I began with Chia seeds - but didn't take them for long because I discovered Salba. I have noticed a difference in my digestion problems - they have decreased significantly. But the most amazing thing is this: it's been about 5 years since my last cholesterol test - in a doctor's office - and it was 315. I was in my 30's. I purchased a home cholesterol test a few weeks ago - and I'm not sure it was accurate - but it showed a drop of over 100 points. I'm going to buy another test just to be sure I did it right and that the results are in that same range. If so, that would be the lowest my cholesterol has EVER been since I first had it taken in my early 20's!!!! Also, if that is the case - I'm telling everyone I know with high cholesterol, especially my father. He does take the statins.
