Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

A completely natural primary Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) that provides a source of amino acids, B-complex vitamins and minerals.
Source: Most Brewer's Yeasts are derived from the fermentation of beer: Such fermentation involves using grain (such as rice or wheat), malt, active yeast and the dried flowers of hops. The addition of hops to the fermentation gives a characteristic flavor to beer but imparts a bitter taste to the dried Brewer's Yeast obtained as a byproduct. Although efforts are made to debitter the yeast prior to final drying operations, most Brewer's Yeasts are, nevertheless, left with a bitter odor.
Solgar's Brewer's Yeast is produced from beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. After fermentation, the yeast is collected and dried, using special techniques to preserve its protein, vitamin and mineral content.
For adults, take two (2) tablespoons (30 g) daily. May be sprinkled on cereals, salads or incorporated into stews, soups, sauces, gravies, juices or baked goods.
Free of: Dairy, soy, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color.

OK, I eat a lot of popcorn and I don't want salt. Believe it or not, this works great on popcorn. The sour taste does not exist and its a pleasant flavor. I like it and its VERY nutritious for you.

I've been using this to boost my milk supply since giving birth to my son in August. A friend made me lactation cookies with this in them, and I noticed a difference right away. I skip the cookies though and just add a teaspoon of this to my smoothie every morning at breakfast. Doesn't taste the greatest but I mask the flavor with bananas and blueberries. I will continue to buy this!
