One of my favourite snacks. They're super yummy and the seasoning is salty and delicious. If you don't like adding salt to your food this will be too salty for you. Best flavour out of the 4 from the brand. Crunchy and the sunflower seeds give it a nice little nutty touch.

Savory crunchy snacks

These Somersaults are loaded with flavor -- a friend likened their taste to an everything bagel. Unlike a bagel, they are crunchy. They taste great on salads (instead of croutons) and they zip up the flavor of my homemade tomato soup. Although I don't eat them uncontrollably as I do the cinnamon Somersaults, I still enjoy them.

Did they change their ingredients?

The last time I ate somersaults was about 4 years ago. I remember it not using wheat as a binding agent. Or was I wrong? I was surprised to find wheat flour in the ingredient list. It used to taste more natural but this one is quite salty, with probably onion powder and yeast extract packing in the umami effect. Tastes like there is too much msg in there, even though the flavoring is probably more naturally-derived. In other words, once hooked, unstoppable. But I feel the guilt of finishing up a whole package and assaulting my taste buds too much. Conflicted as to how to rate this. But for those salt-seekers, this will be a good nibble to wash down with a can of beer (I don't think many beer drinkers buy from here though!)
