Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

L-Alanine is a crystalline, free-form amino acid. The liver can convert L-alanine into glucose as needed for muscle fuel; when glycogen stores are low, it can convert the glucose into glycogen. Glycogen is a storage form of glucose.

Did not work for my hypoglycemia, made me gain fat!

This was supposed to be the cure for life threatening hypoglycemia (non diabetes). Or so told me my extensive research. This did absolutely nothing for me to relieve my symptoms. Not only that but while on this, I gained two substantial rolls of fat below my armpit area so that my tops no longer fit! Truly not happy. I have recently lost a lot of weight, which I normally put on my midsection, and my pants are still too big, so I attribute this most bizarre weight gain/shift to the alanine. My search for a cure continues, in the interim I have no clothes to wear (too big and too small)! I know that everyone is different and what is causing my hypoglycemia is not the standard cookie cutter cause; this might work for you. So I give it 2 stars mostly because I appreciate this product being pure and I know SN to be a reputable company. Also, this tastes very sweet.

Excellent product. Use with glûtominom 50/50, immediately after the workout. Glycogen is the same glucose, just in a different form. The difference between glucose and glikogenom no more than between water and ice. Reserves of glycogen in the liver it is recharged. This means that the excess load carbohydrates after training did little to help. Anyway, will you first carbohydrates muscle and only then to the liver. It would seem, would accelerate the accumulation of glycogen pure glucose from pharmacies in the form of powder or tablets. However, experiments have shown that "pereslaŝenie" blood glucose not accelerates bookmarks glycogen. In this sense, the modern uglevodnye "energy" will be of little use to you. Meanwhile, scientists have found some substances that can accelerate deposition of glycogen. These include laktaty, piruvaty and amino acids, alanine and glutamine. As far as carbohydrates, the best "raw material" for liver glycogen is not glucose, and fructose. If during the holiday posttrenirovočnogo take a mixture of fructose and the above components, the accumulation of glycogen in the liver, in comparison with natural tempo accelerates in 6 times! Practice reviews per day and at night strenuously to casein. It is absorbed slowly and provides stable levels alanine and glutamine in the blood. On par with carbohydrates, these amino acids can help to accelerate the pace of accumulation of glycogen.
