Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Organic Dark Brown Sugar
We make our rich, moist Organic Dark Brown Sugar from freshly squeezed organic cane juice which is evaporated and crystallized the same day it is harvested. This flavorful brown sugar has rich molasses flavor, ideal for cakes, cookies, gingerbread, baked beans and BBQ sauces. It also makes a delightful topping for oatmeal, crumbles and streusel.

most rich, sweet brown sugar i have ever tasted. Ruined my cookies a bit because I didn't realize this natural sugar would taste so rich and sweeter than other sugars. So i used too much in the recipe. i think you can use less of this sugar.

I have been using Wholesome's Organic Brown Sugar for a couple of years. It is so wonderfully thick and rich, I even use it in my coffee! Of course, I always use it when I'm baking. Plus, it's organic!

This sugar is quite sticky and full of healthy molasses, but it doesn't flow at all. I mix it with other natural sugars like palm sugar to make it a bit easier to handle.

The product is wet & could be seen as melting Could be due to hot climate Secondly could the packed sugar be concealed first within / below the ziplock line. All the sugar got into the space beween the Ziplock the cut line. Once I ripped open the plastic bag - the sugar caught in between fall out
