Package says ingredients are maltodextrin and three types of bacteria. The bacteria is what ferments the milk (either plant milk or cow milk). Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide (carbohydrate) made from wheat, rice, corn or potato starch, not soy. It's usually added as a thickener or sweetener.

May I use room temperature for it?

According to the package directions, you have to heat the milk to 180°F. Then you let it cool down to 110°F before you mix the starter into a small portion of the milk. Then you incorporate that small portion into the bigger batch. Then I put the entire container in my oven with just the oven light on. About eight hours later, I have yogurt. Good luck. I would not use room temperature milk.

I make soy yogurt with this since 2-3 years, and the four packets inside are enough for 2 liters; so each packet for 500ml.

Hi my son is Dairy free and so I want to know if I can use original almond milk with this product or do I have to make my own almond milk instead. (I realise someone asked about almond milk, but I wasn't sure if they meant the stuff from the supermarket or homemade almond milk).

I found mine kind of hydrated and formed a piece of flattened crystal. It was stored in dark cool dry place and haven’t reached expiry date (2021) anyone experienced that and did it work? All four sachets unopened inside seem to have the same condition...

I've only used one of mine but it was fine. The other packets feel okay from the outside.
