Yes, D3 is safe for you and your baby.
It is important to check your d3 levels as often as you can when you have blood tests, so that it doesn’t get too low, or too high.
You can also discuss further with your ob/gyn.
Most prenatal vitamins don’t have enough d3.
Take with fat soluble foods, like avocado or something with olive oil. Your body will absorb it better that way.

Unsure about being vegetarian. Gluten free, Preservative free, and soy free. These are the items that I am concerned about. I have being taking this product for about 8 years without any issues. However it contains coconut and palm source.
