I take one capsule one hour before food (ie on an empty stomach), two or three times a day. Also, well away from any minerals. I hope that helps.

EDTA binds to minerals so you take it in-between meals.

Heya! I have started recently to take this supplement, and I take lots of precautions, as I am a little bit afraid of its side effects I read in Internet. Should I take a break once I will finish the bottle? Is this regarded as one bottle treatment, or it should be seen as a maintenance one as well?

My husband has a heart issue and has been taking it for well over 2 years, we have not seen any side effects and continues to take it. As for whether you should or not, I cannot say and cannot advise— however, I believe it is a good product.

Hello, My question is about usage of Cardio Chelate with EDTA. I am 5’2” 126lb. Please advise on the best way to take it and the dosage for my frame. It would be useless to ask a doctor. They reject anything if it’s not statins.

on the bottle it says take 2 hours before or after meals and away from multimineral. Does that mean I can't take any multivitamin at all or just 2 hours after taking this product?

EDTA binds with minerals in the digestive system. If you take it at the same time you consume anything with minerals...whether a mineral supplement or food...the EDTA will bind with the minerals in the digestive system, which wouldn't be desirable fora variety of reasons. The instruction to help you avoid that situation. So if you take a multivitamins that contains minerals, don't take within 2 hours of having taken the EDTA. But you could certainly consume both on the same day. Just take the multivitamin with a meal and take the EDTA at least two hours away from a meal.
