Can I give to my 6 yrs old son? And if yes then how many drops?

Best Answer
I think you can. You just need to check online what the daily recommended dosage is for a 6-year old and measure to suit. For my almost two year old I give only 1 drop as that's sufficient.

If I live in a tropical climate (not four seasonal), do I take less than what the westerners take? What if I stay indoors most of the time? What about my kids; they go out to school but they apply sunscreen everyday.

Best Answer
It may be best to get your vitamin D3 levels checked, although if you stay indoors most of the time then you should be fine. As for children, it might be safer to get them a slightly lower dose vitamin D3, as dosing depends on what age they are and what they weigh. Too much vitamin D3 for a child's weight can cause harm.

Can I add a drop into a vitamin C (powdered) drink?
iHerb Customer
October 28 2020
Best Answer
No. This vitamin D is in an oil base and oil does not mix with water. Generally, vitamin D is an oil soluble vitamin.,so you will not be lucky with any other vitamin D drops either. Vitamin C is water soluble. What you can do, however, is to simply put a drop of vitamin D on any food you eat and eat your food with that drop.. Or directly put that drop of vitamin D onto your tongue. You do not need to solve it in anything because that drop is already vitamin D solved in oil.

Best Answer
I am not sure about what do you mean by vegan? There is no milk nor eggs in these drops, it says on the box it contains natural vitamin E. So I guess it is a natural product.
