What is the difference between the one with 180 capsules and the one with 240??
For the 180 one serving is 3 capsules, but for the 240, one serving is 6 capsules?!

I'm not a doctor, nor do I have any affiliation with Source Naturals. I am just a satisfied customer who has used Wellness Formula for over 20 years.
With that said...
1. The difference between tablets and capsules is potency and method of delivery. A tablet can be compressed and more ingredients can be packed in to it. A capsule doesn't have that option.
2. Capsules are made to breakdown faster, therefore the delivery of the product may happen faster. Where as a tablet breakdown slower. The upside of a capsule is that the contents get in to your system faster, The downside is that the amount of taken (3-6 capsules) may upset your stomach and give you adverse feelings. The tablet breakdown slower and is more gentle on your stomach (upside). The downside of the table is the question of does the tablet have enough time to completely breakdown in the course of going through your system.
3. Pill size. The tablets are bigger and some may have a swallowing concern.
My experience with Wellness Formula has been very positive. For me, the capsules breakdown too fast and make my stomach feel uneasy. I also get an after taste or gas/burb taste which I don't find pleasant. The tables breakdown slower and are gentler on my stomach.
I hope this helps!

I'm sorry, this question should not be directed to a customer but to iHerb directly. As for the product, I and my family have been using it for many years. It is an important immune support tool for us and has helped us avoid many cold and virus outbreaks. Not all, but many have been avoided. I don't want to be without it. I pack it along when traveling, too.
